REQUEST A QUOTE NOWCNC MILLING
We specialize in high-precision machining tailored for impeccable aesthetic finishes. Milling operations are performed either dry or with coolant across a wide range of substrates, including advanced composite materials, aluminum alloys, steel, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics.
We also offer subcontract machining services.
OUR CORE STRENGTHS
Reliability and precision through automated tool setting
Our CNC equipment features probing systems for dynamic work offsets and Tool Center Point (TCP) control. This presetting phase is crucial to guarantee machining success and absolute accuracy.
High performance across all materials
Every machining phase is carefully planned around the mechanical and technological properties of the specific substrate. We select the most suitable, high-performance tooling and workholding solutions to ensure every component strictly meets the required technical specifications.
Consistent long-term quality
The use of advanced CAD/CAM software allows us to guarantee and maintain the quality of our manufactured components, ensuring total repeatability across multiple production runs.
In-house CAD/CAM department
This ensures maximum flexibility and rapid response times when planning and organizing production workflows.
Precision boring
Our CNC machines are equipped with micro-adjustable boring bars, allowing us to achieve strict IT6 dimensional tolerances.
