CNC MILLING

We specialize in high-precision machining tailored for impeccable aesthetic finishes. Milling operations are performed either dry or with coolant across a wide range of substrates, including advanced composite materials, aluminum alloys, steel, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics.
We also offer subcontract machining services.

Equipped with zero-point clamping systems, machine vises, chucks, and vacuum tables for machining from solid blocks and plates.

Main Spindle

Schunk self-centering chuck with quick-change jaws, Ø 65 mm bar capacity, 3,400 RPM, and a programmable tailstock.

Work Envelope

Max turning diameter: Ø 200 mm | Z = 572 mm | X = 213 mm (dimensions may vary based on the specific workpiece and tooling utilized) | Y = ±51 mm.

Turret

BMT65 turret equipped with Capto C4 quick-change tool holders, 6,000 RPM radial and axial driven tools (Capto C4), Ø 40 mm boring bar holders, broaching and slotting capabilities, and 21-bar through-tool coolant.

Bar and Part Handling

The machine is integrated with a Top Automazioni bar feeder and equipped with an automated parts catcher.
