Precision Cnc Machining

We engineer and manufacture components in carbon fiber and other advanced composite materials.

Custom Milling and Turning to Specification

We deliver high-precision CNC milling and turning services, operating as a specialized subcontractor for build-to-print manufacturing based on customer designs.

We manufacture components for all industrial and manufacturing sectors, ensuring strict dimensional accuracy, superior surface finishes, and full compliance with required technical specifications.

We perform CNC milling and turning across a broad spectrum of materials, specifically tailoring the machining parameters to the unique properties of each substrate:

Ferrous Metals

  • Carbon steels
  • Stainless steel
  • Special alloy steels
  • Hardened and tempered steels

Non-Ferrous Metals

  • Aluminum (various alloys)
  • Copper
  • Brass
  • Bronze

Superalloys

  • Titanium (various alloys)

Engineering Plastics

  • PA (Nylon)
  • POM-C and POM-H (Acetal resin)
  • PC (Polycarbonate)
  • PVC (Polyvinyl chloride)
  • ABS
  • PEEK
  • PTFE
  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Carbon fiber
  • Other advanced composite materials

Material quality certificates (mill test reports) are available upon request.

We specialize in high-end cosmetic finishes, delivering components completely free of scratches or dents, perfectly primed for premium secondary surface treatments.

We guarantee:

  • Strict adherence to tight tolerances
  • The execution of highly complex geometries
  • Continuous monitoring of the manufacturing process

We perform rigorous dimensional and geometric inspections on the finished components using dedicated metrology equipment, including:

  • Micrometers
  • Bore gauges
  • Digital calipers
  • Dial indicators

These inspections ensure full compliance with the strict technical specifications defined by the client.

We coordinate a network of qualified subcontractors to provide secondary surface treatments, including:

  • Bead blasting
  • Satin finishing
  • Tumble finishing
  • Galvanic treatments (Plating)

This turnkey approach allows us to deliver fully finished components, ready for final assembly or immediate end-use.

Operating as a build-to-print subcontractor, we manufacture based on customer designs:

  • Prototypes and one-off parts
  • Chucked parts and secondary operations
  • Bar-fed components
  • Small, medium, and large volume batches
  • Molds and tooling for the manufacturing of advanced composite materials
  • Scheduled periodic production runs
dav

We provide comprehensive design assistance by conducting a preliminary Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis of 2D and 3D CAD files, aimed at:

  • Feasibility assessment
  • Manufacturing process optimization
  • Material waste reduction
  • Cycle time minimization
  • Cost containment

When required, we run advanced machining simulations (CAM verification) to mitigate the risk of design flaws.

Our dedicated in-house CAD/CAM engineering department enables agile, direct management of the production setup, ensuring seamless execution even for highly complex geometries and ultra-precision machining requirements.

Our facility is equipped with:

  • A Y-axis CNC lathe, fully capable of off-center milling and drilling, integrated with a bar feeder for high-volume production runs.
  • A 3+1 axis CNC milling machine, engineered for the precision machining of complex components.
